Pasted image files use jv-media-{postId}-{sha256}.ext convention. Blob settings are stored in this browser until "Delete" button is used or cache is deleted. Configure Azure CORS in the storage account to allow your endpoint/host with allowed headers authorization, content-type, x-ms-* and exposed headers to be x-ms-*.
